Details of fees can be given on request. We are recognised by most Private Insurance Providers, but please be aware that most providers have an excess on their policies that you are responsible for paying.
Given that it is often difficult to get to the phone, we would prefer if you could e-mail us on the link below to find out additional information or arrange an appointment. We do offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation so that you can see if this is the right service for you and the fit is right for your therapy. We would suggest an initial assessment session before agreeing a clear treatment plan.
If you have to cancel an appointment, please contact us on 07946 063156 or contact@foxpsychology.co.uk to rearrange your appointment. Providing we have had 48 hours notice or if the problem is unavoidable, we do not charge for missed appointments, otherwise we do.
Your first assessment appointment is designed to put you at ease so we can explore your difficulties and see if a psychological therapy is the best course of action. If, following the assessment, we decide that a therapy is the best option we will consider which one for fit your needs.
Therapy works best when we can agree a number of appointments for your specific needs. In our experience, anything between 10-16 sessions tends to be about right but this is very open and we are happy to fit with your needs (both clinically and financially).
